I continue to be shocked by just how bad a job the Microsoft Partner Program web team does.

    Might want to try fixing the sticky footer covering the post comment button on your website before bashing another website's design. Also, a common solution to viewing webpages is to use an operating system with balls.

    Uh.. dude,
    Operating system has nothing to do with crappy web design. If it's built well, it will work. This is not built well.

    And if the only way Microsoft can get people to use their crappy browser is to make websites that only function with said browser, defending them doesn't make you look very smart.
