I agree! Most people start doing things like Social Media Bookmarking, posting comments, etc .. but they don't even get it. It's about conversations, not spam messages.
Say something interesting first, then approach others with like-minded topics/ideas.
Be SOCIAL!
Dan... yep. The natural flow of conversation in a social setting will either lead to topics that naturally lend themselves to your business or they won't. It works the same way in face to face conversation. It's not different.
