Letter I Sent to Apple -- Feel Free to Use As a Template

================================================
I think tsmango from twitter said it right, " There is no way Steve Jobs ever used viewmymessage.com "
MMS on the iPhone is sad. It really is. Nobody wants to remember a person's cell # plus carrier @mms.att.com domain to send a photo via email. AND it is sad and I mean *sad* at the user experience for viewmymessage.com
Trying to flip from text message to safari and type in the cryptic username and password is moronic. There is no way I can remember user id: 883a8dcdzy and password at the same time. And THEN if you try to save in a browser flash blocks it. Very sad.
You know I am not the only one that feels this way. I speak for the majority. You can read what they think at:
http://summize.com/search?q=viewmymessage.comAnd this blog post sums it up nicely as well:
http://greenmeetsblue.blogspot.com/2008/06/view-my-message-dot-cooooom.htmlWhy not embed the username and password in the url on the text message that gets sent to us? Or why not just " make it work " and have the image be able to show up in the text message? And maybe you could add it to your photos! Wow.
My crappy Samsung phone from T-Mobile could do that. Why can't my $600 4GB iPhone? ( yes, I bought mine the first day and stood in line for 3 hours. )
And yes, I am that geek that advises all of my friends. And YES, each and every one of them asked when they heard about iPhone 2.0 said --- " Does it support MMS? " and the answer once again was a big NO.
Please fix.
Thanks.
