Jemgirl.com's Doll Re-root tool demo

Start with a section of doll's hair. You then use the tool and select a small section of hair for the plug. Then push the hair into the head, pull the tool out and there you have a completed plug.

Do all the hair till complete and I recommend using glue on the underside of the head for added strength of the hair's plugs.
