Done during lunch of Drawing II class. I like the coral she's perched on better than her, largely because I forgot that, hey she's underwater so her hair would act like it's underwater. Started because the ink bled through to a second page from a previous exercise and I thought it looked neat.

Done with ink/brushes on newsprint pad.

Lots and lots and lots of idiotic dots.

Study of variation of line, then texture, then shape within line, then line through shape/line.

He deliberately made us do this without having done any study of "design" before.  This is what resulted. It's upside, but I doubt you could ever tell. I doubt anyone could even tell I made a concept behind what the fuck this thing is, because, bejeebus, it's ugly.

Using the huge black marker to block in the black areas, and make the large fat squiggles made me sick. I hatez jumbo black markers, I do.

Dots. Then Lines. Then combine Dots and Lines. Then take Lines and add variation to them.

A page of exercises. Sideways. I missed one of the exercises because, eff it, I'd already done the later ones. Whatever.
